When to check status

Use the status page when:
  • Pete is slow or unavailable.
  • Sign-in, booking, document upload, email capture, SMS, or AI workup is not behaving as expected.
  • The firm needs an incident timeline or resolution update.

What updates include

Status updates should describe affected services, user-visible impact, current mitigation, and next update timing. They should not include veteran names, case facts, document contents, medical information, claim strategy, or other sensitive case data.

Support

For account-specific issues, contact the Pete team through the support channel provided to your firm. Include the affected surface and approximate time. Do not include sensitive case details unless the support channel has been approved for that data.
