Pete intake starts from the firm, not from a public veteran marketplace. A firm shares a booking or prep link, and the resulting answers attach to the relevant case.
Booking links
Firm-branded booking links let a prospective client request time with the firm. Case-bound links help existing matters move toward a specific meeting or prep step.
Before sharing a link, confirm:
- The firm profile is correct.
- The attorney or meeting owner is correct.
- Calendar availability is connected and current.
- Any outbound SMS or call workflow has required consent.
Prep flows
Prep flows collect context before a consult or case review. Keep questions limited to what the firm needs for the next step, and avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive information.
Attorney review remains required before legal advice or strategy is given. Pete can organize intake context, but it does not replace attorney judgment.
Consent and communication
Outbound SMS and voice workflows require explicit consent. Consent should be captured before any automated message or call is sent, and the firm should retain enough information to prove when and how consent was provided. Last modified on June 22, 2026
